Hi, my name is Jasmine (she/her) and I’d like to welcome you to this shared space. I view counselling as a deeply relational and collaborative process, and emphasize the client-counsellor fit as the first important step to healing.
I strive to be a warm, compassionate and gentle aid in my clients’ journey of better understanding how their emotional triggers and past relationship dynamics shape who they are today and how they relate to the world.
Drawing from various therapeutic modalities such as Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness practices and depth psychology, I employ a holistic approach to delve into the root causes of my clients’ struggles.
If you are booking an in-person session on Sunday, please note that the building will be locked but I’ll come down to get you 5 minutes before your session! So either shoot me an email saying you’re here, or take cover underneath the awning until I come down the stairs.
